Exchange and Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that, so let us know what we can do to make you happy. :)

You can return your product within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps!

Step 1: Fill out the return form. (Request via email)

Step 2: Send your order.
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address specified in our Terms and Conditions and on the return form. Please make sure to include a track-and-trace code with your package. As the sender, you are fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Upon receiving a shipping receipt or the returned goods, you will receive your refund within 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE

Products categorized as "hygiene items" cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. (This includes underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, medical devices, etc.)
